--The surface of apple pear is cleaned by rolling brushed and spraying water, meanwhile the apple pears are transported forwards by rotation of brushes slowly. The machine was made of superior stainless steel and durable brush rolls. Our machine has the characteristic of small energy consumption, small volume, lightweight, beautiful appearance, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

--Apple pears are received in the Bubble Washing Machine where, by immersion in the water and thanks to a Jet System, the surface of the fruits is washed. Fruits are then rinsed by a shower of fresh water on the elevator that takes the fruits to the Sorting Operations.
--Waste and sand sink to the bottom and are discharged by our special design.
--In order to guarantee the best quality of the final products, rotten and unripe fruits must be discarded. We use the sorting line to efficiently check the fruit, and the fruit is delivered to the operator through the roller conveyor. The machine is equipped with a waste conveying system, sending the waste directly to the tank.

--The first step for the production of juice and jam is to chop the fresh apples and pears into suitable granulometry for the production of juice and puree. Our Choppers with different capacities, ranging from 0.5 to 10 ton/h, and with different options to match the characteristics of the fruit to be processed.

--Belt Presser is a piece of efficient extraction equipment, which is widely used in the Apple/Pears Processing. The equipment has large squeezing ability and high rate of juice yield, at the same time also is energy-saving, automatic inlet and outlet, high degree of automation, continuous working, strong commonality, sufficient filter, convenient operation and easy maintenance. The juice yield can be as high as 70 ~ 80% (depending on the raw material), which can greatly reduce the production cost and improve the economic benefit for the enterprise.

--For high quality clarified apple juice, depending upon the application, clarification can be performed by an enzymatic treatment group followed either by Vacuum Filter or by Ultrafiltration. Both systems are designed to reach a very low degree of turbidity, preserving the organoleptic properties (color, taste, aroma, etc.) of fresh apples.

--Evaporation and concentration under vacuum and low-temperature conditions have high evaporation capacity, low energy consumption, low operating costs, and can maintain the original color, aroma, taste and effective ingredients of the material to a large extent.

--This system heating is uniformly heated by steam, and the material liquid is liquid film flow evaporation, so it has high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time.

--The stone fruit puree, concentrated or natural single strength, can be sterilized or pasteurized depending on the specific request of the application, by a tube-in-tube heat exchanger.

--In case of sterilization, the product can be filled in an aseptic bag in drums or in boxes thanks to Aseptic Filling Machine (aseptic carton box, aseptic pouches...), while can be filled in drums or in any type of hot or cold filling machine (glass, PET, Can and BIB).
