For the steel scrap , we take 100 kgs per heat number out of whole incoming lot, melt the scrap then take a portion to inspect by spectrometer.
For the Stainless Steel Welded Pipe / Seamless Pipe we cut 1 small piece per heat number, then inspect by spectrometer. Also, we inspect molten metal before and after pouring.
Only results of after pouring are recorded. The Mill Test Certificate 3.1 can be provided for you according to our Records.
